Notify doorman or management in advance so there’s no delay.

Please provide access to keys if you will not be present.

Ensure all light bulbs are working and the same temperature (cool/warm).

Please neatly organize and clean all rooms being photographed.

Staging and photos only look as good as the surface they sit on.

Remove personal items such as clothing and other items you don’t want photographed (mail, medication, personal photos, valuables).

Empty countertops, nightstands, and bathroom surfaces — keep only essentials.

Make sure electricity, water, and HVAC are on and working — no dark rooms or under/over heated temperatures.

Please remove any artwork you wish not to be photographed.

Unplug and put away excess power cords.

Arrange for pets to be out of the property or secured.

Limit foot traffic during staging + photography so we can move fast.

Remember to advise us of any allergies to candles, scented oils, or fresh flowers.

Remember to block 2 - 3 hours for us to work.

There is a 24 -48 hour turnaround for delivery of all photos + video via email.

Have the signed service agreement and payment in full in place.
